This Privacy Policy explains how Averith (“Averith,” “we,” “us”), operated by Adam Garcia (d/b/a Averith), 14722 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit averithagency.com, contact us, or use our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, business name, contractor trade, city, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide through our website, chat widget, forms, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, phone conversations, or email.
- Public business information — publicly available business listings and review information, including Google Business Profile details, ratings, review counts and public reviews, which we use to research businesses and prepare review comparisons and audits.
- Basic technical information — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
When you submit an Averith form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you submit and associated form-submission details, such as the form identifier and submission time. Meta also processes information through its platforms under its own Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or audit you asked for.
- To call or email you about an audit you requested, confirm the business details and deliver your report, including when you request it through a Facebook or Instagram lead form. Submitting an audit request through a Meta lead form does not enroll you in Averith text messages.
- To deliver, support, and improve the services you engage us for.
- To send you service-related communications about work in progress.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
SMS / text messaging
We do not sell or share your phone number, or your SMS consent, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information you provide for text messaging is used only by Averith to communicate with you.
If you provide your mobile number through our website, chat widget, or during onboarding and opt in to text messages, you may receive SMS messages from Averith related to your inquiry, your account, and the services we provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@averithagency.com. Opting out of SMS will not affect the other services we provide to you.
How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that operate our tools (for example, our CRM, email, hosting, and messaging platforms) strictly so they can perform services for us, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Averith, our clients, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you by emailing the address below.
Your choices
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
- Ask us to stop marketing emails by replying to the email or contacting us at the address below. If an email includes an unsubscribe link, you can use that link too.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
